    Read the poor review but gave a call anyway - not many Asian air specialists in Austin. Different experience entirely! The agent who answered was friendly, helpful and didn't pressure me to purchase or use his services at all. Ended the conversation with a polite "If you have any questions let me know and I can help". If I end up booking something I will seek him out first. Thanks!
