  We've used Budget for years but we used the Oak Hill location last week and had an absolutely awful experience! I got an older van with bad brakes and doors that didn't work. I didn't realize it until we were in the middle of nowhere camping with my Scouts. When I got back to civilization and complained about the vehicle's condition I was treated like an idiot for not exchanging it before I left town. The original quote said there was unlimited mileage but I could never get an emailed confirmation to verify details (I even called to ask), was rushed through the checkout process and never told there was limited mileage, then hit with huge extra mileage charges. We generally use Budget multiple times per month for work travel but this last experience was so bad that we'll be looking elsewhere. We had a very positive experience with the Kyle TX location recently, so go there if you need to rent!

  i felt the car booking with Budget is quick and easy one. The usability of the website is comfortable and easy to understand by anyone. The car that i received was in very good condition and the support staff are very much helpful if you ask any information or about the service requested.The rental prices are cheaper when compared to other rental players.
