I have them deliver on the "keep full" program and they make extra trips to check when there is an expected cold front. Also, a few months ago when my new stealth dog managed to slip out (new driver not completely aware of the gating setup) they let me know instead of just closing the gate and moving on. It would have been hours before I even knew she was out.

After being told elsewhere that my travel trailer gas cylinders were too old to refill, and that it "would be cheaper to just get new ones", this place explained that they could be recertified for a further five years. This cost a mere $5! Gas prices much cheaper than at RV parks or convenience stores too.
