    Ordered an arrangement as a thank you and they messed up the date, scheduling the delivery 2 days late. Their "customer service" said they would "TRY" to get it out only a day late and gave a $10 credit... how about an upgrade on my purchase?! And a GUARANTEE that it would get out the day it was brought to your attention that there was a mistake? Weak way of making up for your mistake...won't be ordering from any EA any time soon...
