  Update:
  I had held back somewhat on my previous review. After the experience I have endured I am adding this:
  After several months, Pedro finally came out to my house to review the work, and stated "they did not do what they were supposed to at all." The workers were friendly, but when I saw one rolling his own "cigarettes" I made a joke about what he was putting in there. The worker, seemingly thinking this meant I was ok with drugs, then proceeded to ask me if I could help him find methamphetamine. After writing a previous review, I suddenly got a call to work toward resolution after several months. They agreed to redo the work and significantly discount the contracted price, requesting that I delete the review. After coming back with a a discount far lower that we had previously discussed, the director of customer service told me that if I cannot prove what their worker said, it would not hold up in court... No accountability. When I explained this to the VP of the company, he outright called me a liar and hung up the phone. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
  
  This was one of the more expensive quotes I received for my foundation. They were willing to negotiate price and had what appeared to be a better warranty. Pedro Gonzales was the rep that visited my house and created the estimate. He seemed to know his stuff. Don’t be wowed by a good sales presentation. As soon as I signed the contract and gave the first half of the $15,000 repair, I never heard from him again. I called and texted him multiple times trying to get help with ZERO response. Once he had my money, he didn’t care. The work was not done as promised. My house is not level. The sub-floor was not replaced the way I was told it would be, instead plywood was simply screwed in from underneath to add support leaving the dry rotted wood entact and the floor uneven. Despite the fact that the work was done about 2 months ago, no one has come check the work. Few members of the work crew spoke any English at all, with the foreman needing another translator to discuss the work. The workers were pleasant, but unable to address any concerns. Last week, I finally got an appointment with a senior engineer at Perma Pier to check out the issues. I cut a work trip short and caught a flight home to be there for this appointment. No one showed up. I even received a confirmation call from Perma Pier the day before and still got stood up. What good is a better warranty if no one does what they say they will or responds to their customers?
  
  HORRIBLE SERVICE. They hustle on the front end to make you think service is a priority, and then disappear.
