  My car had front end damage from a comprehensive claim. This Caliber Collision (not all of them) is a certified Audi body shop which instantly made me choose them for the repairs. I was constantly kept up to date on the stage of my vehicles repairs and the "off the cuff" estimate of repairs was nearly spot on which was very nice. I do not feel this was worth removing a star for but I was told my car was ready for pickup but due to where my car was parked and the fact the mowing company had just come by, there was some grass on my car that would be washed off by the time I came to pick the vehicle up. I personally wasn't too worried about this but was happy that they'd do me that favor. When I came to pick the car up with an hour of my originally communicated pick-up time the car had not been washed yet. It was acknowledge by staff that it hadn't been done yet and the service was offered at that time but I had plans and couldn't stay for that to be taken care of. Overall the people, service and quality of work was great and I recommend them to anyone who needs Audi work done as they are certified in Audi Aluminum work.
