  I had a botched conversion from QuickBooks to Xero thanks to an under-qualified CPA. The CPA also didn't know the ins and outs of Xero nor the inventory management piece, so my books ended up being a complete mess.
  
  When I first met with Justin, I walked in with a list of issues that the CPA couldn't figure out how to resolve, and they were numerous. For each item, he immediately was able to define a solution to the problem. He was able to clean up the errors created by my CPA in a couple weeks (The CPA was really hurt by this...I suspect because the thousands of dollars I was being charged by her for cleanup efforts was no longer happening).
  
  Justin took the time to get to know how our business ran and helped us optimize Xero and our business processes to ensure that our inventory and cash accounting would no longer present problems. He worked directly with our front desk staff to resolve issues with invoices and bills, taking me out of the book keeping side of the house completely. Best money I ever spent.
  
  As a value add, at the end of each month, he prepares a summary of the financial trends relating them to sales, expenses, and inventory. He was able to call out that we were starting to get too heavy with our inventory before we noticed it, which caused us to put some slow movers and on sale and stop replenishing things we didn't need. This resulted in a simultaneous increase in revenue and reduction of costs.
  
  If I could give Digidern and 6th star, I would. I can't speak highly enough of the benefit Justin brought to our business. He does a lot more than just keep your books. If you need help getting fiscally organized, he is the guy to help you.
