    My air conditioner stopped working during the night. The outside unit wouldn't come on. I called Drain Air & Rescue at 2pm on a Friday, they got here by 4pm and had everything fixed by 6pm. The tech was Josh Turner, the same guy that had come out a year before on a Sunday to install a new system when my old one finally died. He remembered me and the work he had done before. There were two issues, one covered by my warranty and one not. He even did a routine checkup since he was here at no cost. The total and service call cost were reasonable and I'm super happy (and cool).
