  I wanted to switch insurance companies and decided to use Dawn Austin. I needed a quote on car insurance, RV insurance and homeowners insurance. I shared with her my old insurance quotes so that she could give me an estimate with Farmers. Within a day she called me to discuss my rates. I decided to go down to her office so that she could explain line by line on the coverage that I was getting. She explained what the coverage was and why she thought I needed more or less. She explained in lay men's terms with examples so that I could completely understand. She was professional and most importantly knowledgeable in her field. I could tell that insurance is her passion and her coverage that she offers her clients is fitted to their needs and wants.
  
  I've had a few questions tha I needed answers to concerning my policy. Dawn got back to me quickly and addressed them with enthusiasm. I wish there were more agents that loved their job as much as Dawn does!!!!!!! It sure reflects on her attitude and willing to help.
