    Felicia is awesome. She communicated very well over email to set up our appointment. She was friendly and polite from the moment we met for our appointment and she is very knowledgeable and answered our questions and concerns.
    She gave great advice and was very thorough to get me the best refund possible.
    She will be my tax preparer/consultant from now on.
