    Horrible experience with a delivery order. Received an email confirmation with the correct address and phone number. 2 hours later and still no pizza, no phone call, no email, nothing. We call the store to check on our order and the manager tells us that they tried to contact us several times to inform us about out of stock ingredients, but absolutely no phone calls were received. Gatti's has called me before about out of stock ingredients, so I know they can reach me. Look, if you made a mistake just admit it and send me my pizza right away. Don't lie to me and don't give me attitude. This is my first time receiving such horrible service from Gatti's and frankly I'm disappointed.
