  I sent an email asking for an estimate and trying to schedule a meeting for fairly large print job. Steven responded requesting a PO so he could charge to come out and measure the job - to which I responded that in my 25 years in the industry I had never been charged for a site when its part of the printer's job to gather the measurements to to use in printing the items requested (think measure twice and cut once). The following line is quoted directly from Steve's response to my inquiry and further comment. "You can go measure the stuff yourself as far as I’m concerned. I could care less." To say that he lost a print job which last year spent close to $40K is putting it mildly, I can assure you I will be communicating with several high profile clients while in San Antonio (and others in Austin) and letting them know this is not the company to use. If you want service I suggest calling Image 360 - they know how to handle a client professionally. Here's the last email from the owner "Don’t flatter yourself. We already have many contracts for the event. I’m actually the one that made the decision to not work with you. Maybe you should stay in Florida and quit expecting handouts." Buyer beware!
