    visited my friends house here its pretty good. I know one of the reviews said "lack of community center, pool" but that's a mistake. You can bike two minutes to the Pearson Place community center which has a tennis court, b-ball court and a swimming pool. Lots of kids from Heritage oaks play there. So overall it's pretty good but too much construction going on now and too much dust flying everywhere
