    If the business practices of the Immediate Past President of the Home Builders Association, (Marshall Durrett), is any indication of this association, then I would question their business practices as well. While Marshal Durrett was President (2012), he did not uphold his obligation to pay the subcontractors for their work while building our home. Unfortunately, we are not the only homeowners involved. There are two other projects that suffered the same fate. Would you expect different behavior with someone holding this title? I would hope so.
