  I have been a customer for a couple of years now. I have never had a problem with service. Today I went to go pick up my husband's clothes and was told " Return tomorrow, your clothes aren't ready." When I asked why, the guy who was helping me out took a couple of seconds to respond. He said " we didn't have enough people to wash, so come back tomorrow." gee it would have been nice if I would have gotten a courtesy call before going out that way. He did't even say sorry. He didn't even care. We were supposed to leave out of town today and now, since all my husband's dress clothes are there, we are not going until tomorrow. Thanks, now I have a pissed off husband.
