    I’ve been going to the Slaughter lane location for 15 years. I’ve experienced good service there so I always go back. I don’t know what changed but my wife and I have been up there three times just to sign our drop off taxes and they can’t get it together. The computer crashed, the guy isn’t there, my appointment before you is running long. I can’t wait to hear tomorrow’s excuse for poor execution of there services. I guess I’m going to try Turbo Tax for the first time.
