I never imagined that Latin and Nepalese spices would work well together, but Kala's Kuisine has found a way to blend them perfectly! I stopped by Kala's booth at the Cedar Park Farmer's Market and sampled several products and ended up buying three: The Mirchi-Masala Salsa, the Ledho-Achar sauce, and the Kimchi Achar made with Napa cabbage. All three are very flavorful. If you like heat I recommend the Ledho-Achar sauce. It has a lot of heat and a lot of flavor, plus it smells great when you cook with it!
