- Erica WhiteSep 26, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst customer service ever, I bought insurance on my Movado and took it in to get screen fixed on 10/17 they said 4 weeks every time i called they said they couldn't find the ticket, they never called back I would have to drive in and they would give me the run arround not today they said they didnt send it out until nov 1st. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
