    Any and every time I've been to any NTB needing a tire patch, they've done it for free. Additionally, because a family member is a repeat customer, they would even add my vehicle to their account for tire purchases, maintenance, etc. I repeatedly asked, as my work vehicle often would get nails and screws from traveling to different neighborhoods.
    I'm guessing today they just really needed a new account and $31.22. Well, they'll get that. And that will be all. Ever.
