She was so patient with our kids and explained everything we would need to know and need before buying our budgie parakeet. PetCo is so blessed to have her as an employee. The store was pretty clean, bathrooms smelled a bit weird, pet supplies are a bit over prices, but overall the kids had a great experience and we will be buying our birds from Katheryn at this location.
