    Just throw the whole staff away. I think they are tailored to say it takes 15 min to get a fresh batch of chicken when it really takes 30-40 min (they always in need of a fresh batch of chicken). I also understand the culture of this specific location but the acceptable unprofessionalism is NOT okay. They lack factual communication, a clean (or decent) appearance and the "fast" in food.
