  So, as a little follow-up to this review, I am writing more about my final days at Royal Palms! So, after being fined for unloading groceries (I was literally in my RV for 2 minutes before coming back out to a fine) I typed up a review which you can read below. A couple weeks after writing this review (and since being fined the final time and following their policy rules and parking my car outside the complex along the road) I received a notice to vacate! I went to the office to ask what is was about, and they first told me it was from the parking infringement. I thought to myself " why would they fine me for one thing and kick me out two weeks later over the same exact thing"? Well the woman at the counter answered my question by bringing up the fact that someone wrote a negative review.
  
  So, I was not kicked out for the parking violations, which I WAS fined for, but for writing a review that the staff/owners did not approve. Here it is below...
  
  I feel like they're trying to squeeze every penny they can out of me with their parking policy. I have a vehicle without a permit that I have registered to my spot that I pay hundreds of dollars for every month, and I can't even park in the space that I pay for. I can't even park for two minutes to unload and move without someone jumping out from behind a bush to hit me with a fine. Yet, if I had a car that wasn't registered here, I could park without getting fined, and could simply get a visitor pass. So, there is no loss of revenue for them by me parking a car here, unless it is a registered car with no permit. Then they can scam me out of all the money they possibly can!
