  Every time I come to this Shell they are so outwardly rude it's ridiculous. This is the 3rd time I've been here. Last time I got yelled at because my chip in my card didn't work and he goes "I told you it wouldn't work!" And so I just left. This time (about 3 months later) I gave cash for a soda and some gas and he just shook his head and said "oh my god" like annoyed that I gave him cash and like 80 cents to pay for my gas and soda... I'm never coming to this one again. I tried giving it the benefit of the double this time but it's ridiculous. It seems to be towards women when it comes to other customers too.

  One of the pumps didn't shut off correctly after my tank was full. Had I not been standing there to force the lever down to stop the gas from dispensing, there likely would've been a puddle of gas. To be clear, I had the pump in my hand. It wasn't automatically dispensing. This has never occurred at any other gas stations.
