  I went in for an appointment and discussed extraction of a problematic tooth, along with making an appointment to have the tooth taken out. When I went in to have the tooth taken out, I paid, was given nitrous and a numbing agent, then the doctor came in and said he would rather 'adjust' the tooth and see if that worked first. I felt like I was not given an option, and if the doctor wanted to try just 'adjusting' the tooth before taking it out, the extraction should not have been recommended, scheduled, and prepped for the day of. I was refunded, but I was numbed for no reason, wasted my time, and was told when the tooth was still painful that I had to wait almost TWO more weeks to have the tooth taken out and could not be given anything for pain to get me by until the future appointment. Now I have to go to an emergency care clinic to get something to tide me over until I can get in to get the tooth taken out. I am NOT going back to this clinic, ever again. I felt like my opinion and circumstance did not matter.
