The bed is comfortable, the room was clean and smelled nice, and I could have a snack with a coffee after the sleep studies. During the whole process, I didn’t have to do anything but give them information, and sleep with and without the CPAP while wearing wires. They ordered my machine, they filed it with my insurance, they unpacked my machine in front of me and showed me how it worked, person to person...
