Absolutely the Best Airline. I wouldn't fly anything else. Love that I can check my bag without a fee, change my flight without a fee, basically do anything without the extra fees. If you get to A-List bypassing everyone at check-in and security and boarding is totally worth it.

I paid extra for priority early bird boarding to and from Austin to Las Vegas (round trip) and I paid for 2 people. Both times even with early internet check in prior, and following all the little rules- we still were pushed off to B group, not A group. So at this point I have paid for priority loading and still pushed into the normal heard of B & C group people and should have been A both times. Yes, of course we called Southwest customer service and we're told the following: "That due to the popularity of their business rewards program they now have so many people on their rewards program that the people who pay extra for advance seating are now pushed back into B group." Note this- So when you pay extra for priority loading they push you back into B group and they do not give you a refund or credit ( For the early boarding feature you specifically paid for)- they keep your money-that's where I cry bs. Now keep in mind all the seats are the same (knee in chest type thing), but since SW does not charge for bags the issue with getting on the plane in group B or C is that they 100% will run out of places to store your bag overhead, and you might not be sitting next to your love ones on the flight ( High chance of being separated from your family because Southwest does not assign seats). Priority seating charge process is not cool, if you are pushed to group B you are NO LONGER priority boarding period. So I was seporated from my family, and SW made $15. x 2 (both ways), so they made an extra $60.00 for a benifit I never got. SW can keep their little stupid bag of peanuts and their scam priority boarding. They should be required to tell you when paying for priority loading that you 100% could possibly be behind 50 to 100 people that are potential sky mile reward members (sky miles VIP is nothing to be proud of btw).
