I visited ar 8:47 on march 22. Manager (perez) is ready to argue about any complaint! Felt like she was ready to shut me down. Very hostile. My bean burrito was made wrong. 2 chicken burritos that i asked for EXTRA sauce on the side. Got home saw burrito was messed up and chicken burritos had no sauce and some sauce on side. Called to let them know. Immediately she lets me know i am wrong and asked for sauce on side only and that she didnt charge me for sauce. Okay thats not my fault. I was willing to pay for EXTRA sauce. She then says okay so we messed up on burrito and it got quiet. I tried to speak agian and she started arguing with me.did not offer to remake if i take back or anything. I told her i was not trying ro get free food or anything and i was willing to take back.So i told her i would just call corporate. She said okay thats fine.

I would rather get deployed again then go back and order a burrito from this place. I start my journey off by ordering a grande meal of bean burritos. Then proceeded to order 2 bean burritos with onions, sour cream and a burrito Supreme. They decided it was best for it to all come in the same bag with no markings or different wrappers. I thought my third grade notes weren't organized, but according to them it was college level and management material. I would throw a joke about their educational ambition, but this isn't the place for it. I received four sauce packets too, but this would not be the battle that would be fought today. I stay in the window to ask them to separate this chaos for me because I was buying the grande meal for a friend that needed food. I guess they assumed that I was going to eat the entire thing myself, so why not just search through the hordes of bean burritos then. These fiendish taco bell employees proceed to create a web of lies in order to be lazy saying that its marked, because they don't want to take the time to search the mess that was fashioned in this infernal domain. So I decided to do so. After finding out it wasn't marked they tell me "Oh yeah we put it in different wrapping paper" and I already checked it out to know that these words did not ring true. Then they have the gall to tell me it was wrapped a different way which I also informed them it was not so. They tell me to go off of it's weight and it's almost hard not to laugh. I guess they assumed that me going through each burrito like Indiana Jones was obviously the best solution. Their Final solution was for me to give them two random burritos and give me my two bean burritos with onion and sour cream. I had to double check that I had no giant star of David on my car or anything of that nature. I felt like I was ordering a burrito from Comcast. I will never go to taco bell again. My health and sanity will thank me for it. I also did not eat those two burritos with "sour cream".

TL:DR They put all 13 burritos and no sauce in the same bag. Assumed that I didn't care which one was which. Proceeded to give crappy customer service and not the correct order. Also never got the burrito supreme.
