    The colors on my printed items were not right. I was very unhappy and asked why, especially as I've printed these exact same documents at a different UPS store before and have had no problems.

    The manager was also quite rude, and left me at the desk waiting for 15 mins while he went in the back to sort boxes and ignore my concerns. He told me it was not his problem and it was an issue with the online system and he wasn't going to help me. I will not be going back to this store.
