    Decent selection so two stars, but wow, super snobby & rude customer service! Further, it is extremely difficult to find what you're looking for. Confusing labels in terms of most details & which yarn they go with. Plus most yarn is packed into sealed plastic so you can't feel it - that's half the reason I wanted a brick & mortar place vs internet purchase!

    Wanted to take a picture to show what I mean about the labels but the woman behind the counter was watching me like a hawk the moment I walked in the door & it was super uncomfortable. Literally no greeting not even a hello, then exasperated when I asked a confirming question to see which price tags matched which yarn. Anyway, their loss - I'm a total yarn-nerd & likely could've been a repeat customer but not after this experience! Trying my luck across town!
