  Just purchased my first home. It unfortunately needed a new roof before I could close on it. I called Assurance and they took care of everything. As the buyer I didn’t pay for ANYTHING...they worked with the seller and their real estate agent. Super easy process and great work. The roof looks awesome.

  I recently ran into a few problems with my roof after the few hard rains we've had here in Austin. Just a few leaking spots - nothing I wanted to completely replace just yet. I had my roof replaced just a few years ago by a company that obviously didn't do very good work. I wanted to try a new company and had heard really good things about Assurance Roofing and Exteriors. Mark came out to look at the leaks and was completely respectful of my desire to only want to repair the parts of the roof that were leaking - not replace the entire thing. From start to finish, the work was done in just under a week; including a few shingles that needed to be replaced. The best part is that it doesn't look like there has been repair work done - they fit in the new shingles beautifully with the preexisting. I will most definitely be calling Mark when it comes time for me to completely replace my roof. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for Assurance Roofing and Exteriors and the work they did for me.
