  I recently became a Valero customer from another supplier. I am disappointed because the pumps (at least at the Jolleyville stations) do not let you click set the handle to pump a full tank to fill it up. It shuts off automatically 3 times during a fill up. Since I always fill up from almost empty, this is pretty inconvenient.
  
  I have gone inside twice to see if it is something I am doing, but the clerks are no help at all. Apparently the manager is only there 6 am - noon so I am not likely to bump into him/her.
  
  Since I don't like to stand outside in the heat or cold with gas fumes up my nose holding the nozzle until the tank is full, I am considering moving to the gas station at the 7-11 on that corner that always has the same gas prices as the Valero station.
  
  Question: Does Valero have a policy of not being able to have the nozzle hold the pump setting automatically until it reaches a full tank? Is it a requirement that the customer has to stand at the pump and hold the nozzle and squeeze the trigger for as long as it takes to fill up?
